It uses linked records to track applicants by hiring stage—Candidate, Contacted, Screening Call, Second Interview, Offer, Accepted, and Rejected. It automatically counts the number of applications in each stage and displays the data in a compact, spreadsheet-like format.
The top section includes a dynamic title and a visual badge summarizing the Total Applications received. Below that, each hiring stage is displayed in a labeled column with color-coded rows and automatically calculated counts.
It also includes an embedded section for attaching live job applications, ensuring users can drill into the details directly from the dashboard.
